There are several versions of this Jim Steinman classic...the original Pandora's Box version is as close to perfection as you can musically get but the Patti Russo version is amazing, just her and piano...hope you enjoyed.

Have you heard Patti Russo sing? If no then I urge you to watch/listen to the video. She is fantastic. Powerful voice. She can match Meat Loaf with little effort. This song is wonderful...another Steinman track, co-written with Don Black if memory serves.



There is a Celine Dion version on YouTube that's really good and floating out there in cyber world there's a version by Karine Hannah that's simply amazing. If you can find it have a listen. Celine and Karine are good but when it comes to female vocals Patti is in a league of her own...awesome.

.:: Odd Little Girl ::.

My youngest niece is 7 and loves to walking with me when I take the dogs out. The thing that I find strange is that she likes to pick up the dog poo! I'd have thought most little girls wouldn't wanna go near the stuff but as soon as the dogs get in the poo stance she asks if she can pick it up. Both dogs still pull too much for her to take the leads yet so I think she likes being involved.

We booked the wedding today...just over a month and I'll be married...it's exciting and so weird all at the same time. I love my girlfriend and know we will be together forever. I can't wait to marry her.

.:: New Moon on DVD ::.

I got my copy of New Moon today. Love the Twilight saga. I got the Edward exclusive cover from hmv. I got the hmv exclusive Edward Twilight cover, they only had the one for that. New Moon has a Bella and Jacob one as well. I hope that when Eclipse comes out on DVD at Christmas there will be another Edward cover and then the same again for Breaking Dawn.

The only way I'd got a different cover is if they do a Carlisle cover...they won't but if they did I'd get that. My other half would get a Jasper cover but again I doubt they'll do one dedicated to him...would be cool if they did. It's Jasper who my other half named our Beagle after...she loves him that much.

In New Moon I'm so happy there is a bit more Alice...she's very cool in this one. In the next if it lives up to the book there will be more Jasper so my lovely girlfriend will be happy. Watching the extras the now and it looks fun to film...would love a shot in the wave pool!!!
