.:: Pups ::.

The pups are getting better. They are almost over what they had. Its such a relief that it's not something more serious. Love those little guys.

.:: Buffy ::.

I'm loving watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Watching the episode where Glory thinks Tara is the key...oh, poor Tara and just after her first fight with Willow...her poor mind goes away...what a shame and she keeps the secret of the key. Now the key...what a pain in the ass...I almost forgot how much Dawn bugs me.

.:: Pups Not Well ::.

Might have to take the dogs to the vet. They've got a bug of some sort. They've both been sick and had scooshy bum. Captain Jack is getting better but Jasper is a lot worse today. They are still eating, not as much as usual and they are both still drinking lots of water so that's a good sign. They are both still playing and having fun but again not as much as usual and they are sleeping more than usual. Its the first time they've both been so ill. They've had sickness and things before but that only happens once in a blue moon, this has been a couple of days now so I'm getting really worried now. If they're not better by tomorrow morning they'll need to go to the vet. I hope it doesn't come to that but maybe they need a wee pill or something to mix in their food. I'm gonna do a google search and see if this is common or if this is more serious than I'm thinking it is.

.:: Does This Look Like A Dog To You? ::.

So does that baby car seat/baby carry seat thing look like a dog? No I don't think so either but the puppies think so. Any time they see one they go nuts and think it's a dog. They can be so cute sometimes.

.:: All Good Things ::.

My week off is almost over...it's been a blast. My birthday yesterday was great. I got a cake at mum and dads and then got a cake when I got home...sweet. Oh and my cake at home was High School Musical...my niece got one for her 7th birthday...was so good and I don't see anything wrong with getting a HSM cake for my 34th birthday. I love HSM and if you get a chance to try the cake take that chance...it's so yummy.

.:: One Week ::.

I have one week off. I'm very happy about that. I'm going to relax and not do too much tomorrow.

Things I'd like to do this week...

• Tidy the big room
• Move the piano and bookcases into the big room
• Move the bed in the small room from the window
• Move things around in the living room
• Train the dogs to walk without pulling
• Train the dogs not to bark at people in the street
• Train the wee guy to come when calling his name
• Have my 34th birthday
• Have fun
• Walk lots

I am looking forward to this week off. Lots to do but most of it can be done within a day or so. Training the dogs will take a while but I'm hoping it won't take too long. Jasper is just over a year old and Captain Jack is about 9months so they should learn quickly. They don't bark at everyone in the street. They both truly dislike the woman who lives upstairs...she's an all out drunk and for some reason Jasper doesn't like the smell of alcohol. Although if he around while the alcohol is being drunk he's ok. Tonight I have a can of beer and a brandy and Jasper is fine with it. Anyone else that we come across where there is a strong smell of drink from them (including my dad who had been out at a pub quiz and who Jasper adores) Jasper goes nuts. I'm not sure how we tackle that. I guess there isn't anything we can do. I hope if he's trained right he'll stop barking at drunk people. Both boys aren't that bad but they aren't as good as they could be. It's not their fault it's ours. These boys are my first dogs and I admit I've made a lot of mistakes. When they were little I just let them pull and run about. I now realise that I should have been training them to walk properly from the first time they were on a lead. I'm excited about training them. Well I'll be training Jasper, my other half will be training Captain Jack. If anyone has any tips I'm all ears.

Shocked! This guy is the same age as my sister...it's way too young for a life to end. Thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family.

.:: The Event ::.

I've been reading about Laura Innes coming back to TV in a new show called 'The Event'. She's been doing loads of directing work since she left ER. I'm so happy she'll be back in front of the camera. Innes is a great director but I miss seeing her on TV every week.

I don't know much about this new show. One site said 'NBC's conspiracy thriller'. When I read conspiracy all I can think is 'X-Files'. Mmm, aliens anyone? Ok so it's not gonna be about aliens but who cares? Laura Innes is back (if it's picked up for a whole series) and I'm happy.

.:: Happy ::.

I'm so very happy. I have very little money but I'm rich in so many other ways. My life is full off love. I have a wonderful girlfriend and two amazing dogs and two loving cats. My job is pretty good...not always the best and sometimes I seem to be there more than at home but I do enjoy it most of the time. I can bitch and moan...sometimes a lot...but all in all I'm very happy. In a few short months I'll be getting married...excited!!! I'm trying not to be negative. I'm trying to be positive and when I look at all the good things in my life I see just how good my life is.

My other half and I went to our CAB appointment. It went really well. The woman we spoke with was great...she took our details, what we owe and who we owe it too and is on the case. I feel very confident in her. It's a huge weight of my mind. We are just waiting to hear from her and find out what happens next.

Once more I didn't pay a bill and once more my net was off...but it's been paid and I'm back...should be for longer than a couple of weeks.
